INGREDIENTS..
'Unisoy' Soya Bean Milk Powder
'Polleney' Soya Bean Milk Powder
'Nestle' 'Coffeemate' coffee creamer
sugar
water
instant jelly powder
vanilla essence
strawberry flavoring ( optional )
apologies. i stored my unisoy and coffee mate in a container and couldn't find any better quality picture of it.
EQUIPMENTS
HOW TO DO IT.
Step 1 : Measure and prepare
60g of unisoy
30g of coffee mate
30g of Polleney Powder
700ml of water
15g of instant jelly powder
Step 2: Pour water into the saucepan and heat it in medium temperature (do not make it boil. if not the mixtures that you are going to add in later will not dissolve)
Step 3: Pour in Unisoy powder
Step 4: Quickly mix it
Step 5: Pour in the Coffeemate, Polleney and add sugar for extra taste. Stir it well.
Step 6: Add in 1 tsp of Vanilla Essence
Step 7: After pouring in everything, heat the saucepan using very high heat and add in the instant jelly powder, stirring it for approx 2-3 minutes before turning off the fire. ( it is a must for the fire to be on high and do watch and stir the mixture)
Step 8: Sieve the mixture around 3-4 times for it to run smoothly.
(Optional) add a little strawberry emulco for flavoring and you will have strawberry bean curd!
Step 9: Allow them to cool for awhile before putting into the fridge
Step 10: the best part... SERVE!
Things to note:
Please do not replace the "Instant Jelly Powder" with Agaragar or other powders as it will harden. You can purchase it at any Phoon Huat stall ( there's one in clementi ! ) As for the other ingredients you can purchase it at NTUC!
Do not add too much instant jelly powder if not it will be harder than how it supposed to be. Also, do not put too little if not it will not harden at all and it will just be a thick liquid. ( That's the hard part )
